How can I obtain a medical cannabis card in Maryland?

Any Maryland resident over the age of 18 whose provider recommends medical cannabis as a treatment option for a qualifying medical condition is eligible to register with the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) and purchase medical cannabis in the state of Maryland. The process is simple, and Green Point Wellness is here to help.

Step One: Register with the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) online, or visit us in-store for assistance.

Step Two: Within a few days, you will receive an email approval from the MCA that will contain your patient identification number.

Step Three: Schedule a visit with a certified provider to obtain certification.

Are there any cannabis dispensaries in Maryland that cater to both medical patients and recreational users?

What is the daily limit in Maryland dispensary?

Medical card holders have a monthly allotment based on their medical needs.
Recreational customers can buy up to 1.5 ounces of flower (pre-packaged flower and pre-rolls), 12 grams of concentrates (vapes, wax, shatter, budder, resin), or 750 mg of THC (edible gummies, chocolates, beverages, capsules, tinctures) a day.

Do dispensaries in Maryland accept out-of-state cards?

Currently, only Maryland medical cards are accepted. If you are 21+ and have a valid ID you can shop our recreational menu at each of our Green Point Wellness locations.
